  • superReal has joined forces with Spryker Systems to develop and implement a new IT system architecture and eCommerce platform for the traditional company Tom Tailor.

  • Tom Tailor’s aim was to strengthen its own in-house team and secure its future competitiveness as a technology owner.
    To give Tom Tailor the greatest possible flexibility in developing its digital business, its previously outsourced eShop was rebuilt on the basis of the Spryker Commerce OS and linked to third-party systems at over 30 interfaces. superReal played the leading role in developing a suitable system architecture around the new eCommerce platform.

    The agency was also responsible for frontend and backend development as well as implementing system-critical components such as the link to Novomind i-PIM and the emarsys email marketing system.

    In addition to providing IT consulting and technical support, superReal also took over the creative aspects. Special emphasis was placed on optimising the user experience and conversion rate. Using all the available shop data as a basis, and developing using Limbic Personas and A/B tests, superReal conceptualised and designed things like user-centred category entry-points. The team worked closely with Hamburg-based design agency loved, who at the same time produced a new CI and new campaign for Tom Tailor.
